The memo notes that Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have maintained discretion regarding the guest list. Consequently, law enforcement personnel have been advised to anticipate substantial crowds and a notable paparazzi presence outside the venue.
Security Preparations and Street Closures
On July 3, New York City authorities plan to close West 31st Street, situated between Seventh and Eighth Avenues, for the entire day. This street closure is described in the memo as less extensive than those implemented for the recent NBA Finals, which saw the New York Knicks clinch a victory earlier this month, and involved multiple blocks surrounding MSG.
