Scarlett Bordeaux Sets Sights on MLW Women's World Championship

Major League Wrestling personality Scarlett Bordeaux has been accumulating wins since the recent broadcast of "MLW Fusion" and is now clearly aiming for a championship title. Bordeaux has secured victories against Aleah James and Blair Onyx in recent weeks. While her long-time friend Shotzi currently holds the MLW Women’s World Championship after defeating Shoko Nakajima, Bordeaux maintains she will be ready to challenge for the title when the opportunity arises.

"You know I’ll always support my girl, Shotzi. That’s my girl. But when it’s time to fight. It’s time to fight. It’s such a complicated thing because I love that belt on her but when I did come to MLW to prove myself, to get that gold, the day’s coming. Let’s put it that way."

Reflecting on Recent Opponents

Following her recent bout against Blair Onyx, Bordeaux shared her thoughts on the match and her opponent.

"So, I was really excited to wrestle Blair Onyx. She came from Black and Brave Academy. I knew Seth Rollins, who was Tyler Black in (Ring of Honor) when I started," she explained. "So, she was a student of his. So, getting to work with her, she was such a special character, super athletic. I think she’s great. I really, really had a good time working with her. She’s very flexible. I don’t know if you saw but her shoulder pops out and rolls back in, which I thought was awesome. She’s very, very special and I feel like she’s going to be doing a lot in the next few years. Everyone is going to be seeing her everywhere."

Return to Major League Wrestling

Bordeaux rejoined MLW in November, making her return alongside her husband, Killer Kross. She noted that she is particularly enjoying the increased opportunity to showcase her creative talents within the organization.
