More than 30 people sustained injuries on Wednesday after a public transit bus crashed into a commercial building just outside Baltimore, Maryland. Authorities confirmed that emergency services responded to the scene, where at least one critically injured patient required extrication and immediate transport to a hospital.

The collision unfolded on Reisterstown Road in Pikesville, involving a Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) bus. Baltimore County officials reported that numerous other civilian vehicles were also impacted in the incident, with one car overturning. Rescue personnel successfully freed one individual trapped inside the bus and another occupant from a separate vehicle.
